What does a Key Account Manager do at Healthcare at Home?
Responsible for own case load of NHS accounts. Make intense levels of contact with NHS clinical and pharmacy homecare teams to drive patient numbers for existing services and delivering new accounts.
Construct and develop specific customer account plans in order to maximise sales, service and profitability with each customer. The plan will be driven by current and potential business.
Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within accounts, and with other external and internal stakeholders to achieve targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Undertake on-going service reviews, according to account service review schedules, to ensure a quality service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
You will have fantastic account management skills building relationships that are proven to grow business and deliver an outstanding service. Able to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prepare sound tactical plans is a necessity for this role. As a proven communicator, you will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and be a team player who builds relationships that move the business forward. You will have a great understanding of the NHS and be aware of rapid developments.
