What does a Resourcing Business Partner do at Healthcare at Home?
To produce a recruitment experience that is accurate, engaging and impactful in order to help attract the best candidates and position Healthcare at Home as an employer of choice
Drive direct external recruitment, developing and executing a comprehensive sourcing strategy.
To work collaboratively with stakeholders within allocated Functions and Departments to understand their current and future resourcing needs.
Prepare a specific and time driven action plan to deliver an effective hiring process for all departments
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
You will be an experienced resourcing professional skilled within all areas of resourcing. You will love to work in partnership with the business, supporting their business agenda, helping our leaders to maximise the talent of thier people and drive the business forward.
We would consider both in house and agency recruitment experience, combined with extensive experience in sourcing candidates using low cost channels amd have a record of exceeding KPI's and targets.
It is key that you have a track record of advising hiring managers on the most effective sourcing and selection methods, and training them on particular approaches or methods e.g. competency based interviewing. Also you will have successfully influenced the thinking and practice of hiring managers in regards to the attraction and selection of talent.
Ideally you will have worked within a regulatory environment where you have recruited within the healthcare sector and worked within field based teams.
Driven by quality outputs you will have a meticulous approach to working and getting things done. High standards are just how you measure yourself and all of this combines into your commitment to deliver an excellent service to your customers.
You will be a skilled influencer and communicator who has exceptional emotional intelligence, with an innate ability able to build strong working relationships, manage complex difficult relationships and situations confidently.
You will naturally think ahead and consider the wider impact of actions and strategies, this forward thinking will be combined with the ability to adapt to change; able to flex approach and work schedules in line with changing business needs.
Its important that you have well-developed planning and organisational skills, you will hit deadlines and be able to adapt your priorities based on changing business needs. You be the type of person who have excellent attention to detail and can find commercial solutions to problems within the existing sphere of practice.
