We have an excellent new opportunity for a Team Leader to join our on-site Pharmacy Administration function at our Burton Head Office. As a proven leader, you will make a substantial contribution to the growth and success of the company by manager the delivery of excellent patient and customer focused services. You will be responsible for ensuring your team deliver against agreed plans and targets, supporting the retention and development of talent whilst continually refining and improving services.

What does a Team Leader do at Healthcare at Home?
As a team leader, you will be an ambassador for delivering a high-quality patient service by optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of prescription services.
You will effectively manage the performance of team operations, ensuring each individual understands what is expected of them in their day to day role, including performance measures and key performance indicators, and monitoring delivery against these measures.
You will proactively review services to identify areas for improvement and ensure standards are being met.
You will take action where areas of non-compliance are identified to get to the root causes of issues and address these.
Hours: 40 per week
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
As a proven leader, you will be self-motivated, result focused, and have a positive approach to work. You will be an excellent communicator, with experience in coaching and managing the performance of others and developing a team.
You will use your high attention to detail and organisation skills to efficient deal with issues, coping well under the pressures of a fast-paced environments. You will be commercially aware, results driven and action oriented, using your strong judgement and work ownership to make informed decisions with both your team and your patients needs in mind.
Technically, you will have gained your NVQ in Dispensing and will have proven experience supervising or managing a team in a service oriented team.
