Project Training Manager

Programme Training Manager –  Develop, Inspire, Change

 

Here at Healthcare at Home we are going through an exciting period of business transformation and we are investing in a new role of Programme Training Manager for a 6 month fixed term contract to support the learning need of this transformation.

 

This role is critical in the successful embedding of our business transformation project with a particular focus on the implementation of our new Dynamics 365 system and the business changes that is aligned to this.

 

This is about offering creative learning and development solutions, which will develop our employees to grow in knowledge and enable them to deliver against our growth plans.

What does a Programme Training Manager do at Healthcare at Home?

  • Act as a business partner to support the programme team delivering across all elements of the training cycle, including
    • Capturing the learning needs required and completleing full analysis of the needs
    • Owning and designing the complete training plan and curriculum for the programme
    • Evaluation and ROI measures to demonstrate impact of learning solutions.
  • Design and develop cost effective learning solutions for both head office and also our large regional teams ensuring suitable methodologies are used to develop both the on-site and remote teams fully.
  • Creation of train the trainer material.
  • Return on Investment – use evaluation methodologies to measure success of learning solutions. Continually improve learning based on evaluation results, consistently measuring results to drive performance.

 

What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?

We are looking for high potential, high performance, fully rounded Learning & Development professionals, ideally you will have experienced of taking business through a learning journey whilst going through significant business change and you will be able to prove how your programmes and learning solutions have delivered real tangible business results.

 

Its key that you have exceptional design skills,  you will be able to think practically and have a proven creative approach to learning solutions. You will be able to demonstrate how you design solutions have maximised the results for the learner and the business whilst managing the cost of interventions.

 

Operating at pace you will be able to prove that you have delivered successfully in changing business that moves with vigour and at significant pace.
