Consultant Engagement Manager

We are looking for a Consultant Engagement Manager to join our Commercial Private team. This position will be the primary contact point between individual consultants and Healthcare at Home. 

 

The Consultant Engagement Manager is expected to be the trusted advisor of consultants who are seeking to access Healthcare at Home services on behalf of their patients and will be focused on delivering a material increase in new referrals through new and existing consultants.

What does a Consultant Engagement Manager do at Healthcare at Home?

  • Grow Market - Define target markets by using data to identify key geographies and consultants to approach and then successfully convert into new customers.
  • Account management - Support all existing ‘VIP’ consultants, pro-actively identifying and reviewing issues and behaving as the single point of call for Healthcare at Home consultant partners.
  • Provide Consultant expertise - Support Key Account Directors in PMI engagement, providing expertise on the consultant perspective and identifying new ways of working that will deliver referral growth to Healthcare at Home.
  • Deliver key commercial targets 
    1. Increasing consultant referral base
    2. Increasing service income per consultant
    3. Increasing number of referrals per consultant
    4. Measuring and increasing consultant satisfaction with H@H service

 

What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?

We are looking for high performing and high potential individuals. You will be able to demonstrate a sound commercial understanding of PMI arena and strong working knowledge of the oncology patient pathway. The successful candidate will have inbuilt integrity and have the credibility to be able to develop existing thinking and influence senior stakeholders and clinicians.

This is a role for a resilient commercial individual, who can deliver business plans that drive business revenue whilst cementing long term commercial partnerships with clients.

As a strong communicator across all channels you will naturally work well in a team and be flexible to deal with work pressure and be responsive to customers needs.
