Internal Communications Executive

We are currently going through a business transformation programme and to support that change we are looking to recruit a Internal Communications Manager for a 9 months fixed term contract.

 

Reporting into our Project communications Manager your role will be critical in helping to create and sustain an informed an engaged workforce through the effective use of robust communication methodologies and tactics.

 

As an internal expert in regards you will support the development and delivery of internal communications both in relation regular business activities and to support the management of change.

What does a Internal Communications Executive do at Healthcare at Home?

 

  • Develop a plan and associated tactics to deliver agreed communication objectives and messages as cost-effectively as possible.
  • Offer expert advice to senior managers and other stakeholders on how best to communicate information relating to planned organisational changes
  • Take responsibility for heading up project sub-groups relating to internal communications. Prepare project plans for the design, development and delivery of content, and project manage implementation of agreed tactics.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of communication methods and tactics and use this insight to further enhance communication plans going forward

 

Person Specification

We are looking for a skilled communications exec, who has a strong track record in developing and implementing successful communication campaigns. You will form part of the team that are leading the change programme therefore some experience of large scale business transformation programmes would be advantageous to this role.

 

Your communication skills will be second to none.  A natural communicator across all channels, you will have exceptional writing skills, with the ability to interpret and edit technical material to create compelling and engaging content. These strong skills will be combined with a passion for people engagement and communications, that passion drives you but also the narrative within your communications. 

 

It's key that working at pace is something that comes naturally to you and you are driven to succeed. With strong personal resilience, you react well to pressure and you always deliver quality outputs.
