Administrative Assistant (Clinical Operations)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Administrator at our Burton Head Office on a FTC for 12 Months. You will support Nurse Advisors by providing adminsitartive support, professional, efficient and effective services across multiple disciplines and activities

What does a Clinical Administrator do at Healthcare at Home?

  • Search by Regional or Hospital for Clinical Evaluation Forms and save for records.
  • Send Clinical Evaluation Forms to Hospital Contacts by email and post.
  • Deal with any queries for Hospitals about requiring Clinical Evaluation Forms or a problem with Clinical Evaluation Forms.
  • Update and spreadsheet for Hospital Contacts.
  • Great Attention to detail.
  • Be able to work in a team as well as on their own.
  • Able to make deadlines in a time manner.

What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?

 

As a Clinical Administrator, you will demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and understanding, work to deadlines and have strong communication skills. You will be a team player who can build strong relationships and works collaboratively with others. Be IT literate in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook. Have experience of working in an administrative environment and have excellent telephone skills.
