Depot Operations Team Leader

Healthcare at Home In Sevenoaks, Kent is looking for a talented Team Leader to support our depot operations. The successful candidate will deliver a consistently high standard of duties whilst aiding the Operations Supervisor in the performance of their depot management and operational responsibilities.

This role will be working 48 hours per week (2496 annualised) and will require 5 out of 7 day cover across Monday – Sunday.

What does a Depot Operations Team Leader do at Healthcare at Home?

  • You will monitor and report any adverse events during the drivers route and delivery adherence
  • Dispatch all morning routes ensuring temperature compliance prior to departure
  • Update and report against driver and vehicle information
  • Always ensure handover documentation is complete and recorded/sent to all seniors
  • Ensuring all vehicles are cleaned within guide lines for GPHC (cleaning rota to be maintained)
  • Covering various depot supervisory tasks
  • Responsible for covering a driving route each day

Salary: £25,000.00

Hours: 48 hours per week (2496 annualised) and will require 5 out of 7 day cover across Monday – Sunday. On-call where required. Your shift pattern will be 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm 5-days per week. 

What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will need to hold a full driving license.

We’re looking for a candidate who is dedicated and flexible, with a “whatever it takes” attitude who can fulfil the depot & operational support requirements in a sometimes pressurized environment.

You will need to be highly organised with excellent communication skills and willing to go the extra mile.
