Prescription Management Representative

An opportunity has arisen for a Prescription Management representative to join the Pharmacy team at our Burton Head Office. You will contribute to the growth and success of Healthcare at Home by delivering excellent customer & patient focused services, ensuring prescriptions are received accurately and in a timely manner. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to build effective relationships with and contribute to Department meeting agreed OGSM targets & goals.

What does a Prescription Management Administrator do at Healthcare at Home?

 

  • You will expedite patient access to treatment by requesting prescriptions, ensuring they are received and processed accurately and quickly.
  • You will handle queries with regards to dose or missing information, liaising with relevant centers, customers and other departments within HaH.
  • You will make a positive contribution to the resolution of documents under investigation, updating all relevant parties and ensuring the issue is resolved in a timely fashion.
  • You will build important relationships with external customers within allocated accounts, listening to customer queries and providing high levels of service to adjust processes to cater for their needs.

What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?

You will be a strong team player and have an excellent ability to communicate and build relationships with colleagues, clients and customers. As a self-motivated individual, you will have a strong ability to prioritize and work in an organized, systematic manner.

You will be patient focused and passionate about delivering results and inspiring throughout the team. You have experience in a customer focused environment with an administrative background, and will thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
