An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Services Coordinator at our Burton Head Office. You will work as a key member of a patient and colleague support team in delivering high quality, professional, efficient and effective services across multiple disciplines and activities.
This role is fixed term for 12 months.

What does a Clinical Services Co-ordinator do at Healthcare at Home?
Provide a skilled, effective, polite, empathic and professional approach whilst triaging/assessing patient telephone calls or arranging nurse visits utilising appropriate questioning and listening techniques ensuring adherence to process and policy at all times
Support the business via effective system data management tasks and patient contact in line with GDPR and deadline requirements
Work and communicate effectively as an individual or as part of team in a timely, effective, efficient and professional manner to ensure advocacy of support interactions with patients, customers, piers, Care Bureau, Scheduling and appropriate internal colleagues at all levels.
Actively participate in and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying waste or duplication of workload. Undertake necessary training and development to ensure that own professional practice is maintained, and skills progressed as new technology is introduced.
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
As a Clinical Services Coordinator, you will demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and understanding, work to deadlines and have strong communication skills. You will be a team player who can build strong relationships and works collaboratively with others. Be IT literate in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook. Have experience of working in an administrative environment and have excellent telephone skills.
