We are looking to recruit a Head of Internal Communications, you will contribute to Healthcare at Home strategic direction and employee engagement agenda by developing and managing the Healthcare at Home’s internal communications strategy. Deliver information to employees, which creates a loyalty, understanding and excitement, in working for the leading medicine management service provider, which ultimately delivers growth.

What does a Head of Internal Communications do at Healthcare at Home
Develop and deliver an appropriate Internal Communications strategy and informing and engaging employees across the diverse organisation
To help create and sustain an informed and engaged workforce through the effective use of robust communication methodologies and tactics with the use of Employee Engagement Survey data and focus groups
Be the custodian of our Brand with responsibility for the re-alignment of our Company brand as part of our strategic brand review project.
Create and manage our tone of voice and deliver all communications aligned to this.
Be the expert regarding the development and delivery of internal communications both in relation regular business activities and to support the management of change
Provides strategic and tactical internal Communications to all change based programmes / projects
Provide tactical and support to senior stakeholders of various functions within the company.
Review, develop and implement metrics that add value aligned to growth agenda.
Ensures a consistent and appropriate flow of Communications to position Healthcare at Home positively in the minds of key internal stakeholders and employees.
Participates in internal projects, advising stakeholders on the best communication channels and on content development e.g. crafting messages and stories, use of language, tone of voice, interpreting messages for specific audience groups creating higher engagement across our colleagues
Ensures an internal crisis Communications plan is in place which in turn fits into the wider Business Continuity Plan
Responsibility for managing large scale events (e.g. annual conference), utilising the project planning and budgetary skills.
Evaluate the effectiveness of communication methods and tactics and use this insight to further enhance communication plans going forward
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
We are looking for a skilled internal Communication leader who has a successful track record in delivering internal communication strategies that had significant financial impact and improved engagement.
A proven operator at a strategic level, you will ideally have experience in homecare or health. Alternatively, you will have experience within a regulated environment and you will be able to quickly understand our marketplace and easily translate the challenges and opportunities to these environments, thus ensuring your stratgey and interventions deliver maximum impact in the marketplace.
On a day to day basis you will be used to delivering internals communications that builds high performing teams, within complex organisations with a diverse range or customer and consumers. Your philosophy will be focused around delivering quality outputs and genuine business results, you will seek to challenge convention through innovative and novel approaches whilst delivering on a tight budget.
You will have exceptional communication skills. Working at pace is something that comes naturally to you and you are driven to succeed. With strong personal resilience, you react well to pressure and you always deliver quality outputs.
