We have an exciting new opportunity for a Compounding Prescription Management Administrator to join our Burton based Head Office. The successful candidate will manage all compounding demand from regional offices and will remain first contact for clinical managers and nurses, processing queries appropriately.

What does a Compounding Prescription Management Administrator do at Healthcare at Home?
Receive and manage all patient prescriptions ensuring the clarity of information is of an acceptable standard
Facilitate flow of information through relevant I.T. systems from Clinical Managers and regional staff to the Compounding unit
Ensure all prescriptions are logged in CRM. File prescriptions according to GMP methods and manage archive requirements
Maintain all records to the fullest standard ensuring all notes are added during the administrative process
Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week (rotating shifts between 8am-6pm)
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
Strong ability to prioritise and work with a heavy workload; works in an organised and systematic manner
Pays close attention to detail
Excellent communication skills including excellent telephone manner
Strong team player
Adapts well to change and flexible
Patient focused; passionate about delivering results
Dedicated with a will to work hard and face challenges
Self-motivated and energetic approach
IT Literate in ‘Microsoft Office’ applications
Strong knowledge of SAGE and a NVQ2 Dispensing Assistant’s Qualification would be of an advantage.
