Healthcare at home are currently looking for a Junior Health Informatics Data Analyst in Burton on Trent. As a Junior Health Informatics Data Analyst you will be supporting all business functions within the Quality and Governance department creating and maintaining projects data analysis / data reporting / research and the development of dashboards as required

What does a Junior Health Informatics Data Analyst do at healthcare at home?
Complete analysis and management of data, ensuring information held within Healthcare at Home systems provide a true and accurate reflection of actual activity.
Work with key internal stakeholders to design and build a core suite of internal and external reports that inform decision-making, improve efficiency, and support the business in its strategic objectives
Manage the daily, weekly and monthly reporting cycle underpinning the all project areas, ensuring that relevant reports and data feeds are delivered within required timescale
Continuously amend and update client dashboards using a prepared specification to ensure data is presented in a seamless and simplistic format. Split data into appropriate files to allow all business units to evaluate and compare data and Identify and support opportunities for improved reporting and data management.
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
Degree in relevant discipline such as (but not limited to) Life Science, Statistics or Social Science
Experience managing own workload and preparing work plans
Experience communicating with stakeholders and customers
Experience of report writing software such as SSRS or Business Objects
Experience in presenting data and information in written, verbal and graphical formats
Experience of managing, querying, interpreting and reporting data and information using SQL and Microsoft Excel
