Client Services Director

We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Director to join our team here at Healthcare at Home.

 

You will take full responsibility for the sales target for your Pharmaceutical Company (client) current contracts, nurturing mutually beneficial business relationships that deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction & in-service growth. 

 

You will be expected to create highly visible, long- term strategic partnerships with all levels of the Pharmaceutical Companies who will trust you and see you as their key contact and will be responsible hitting and exceeding new business sales targets through business development within these accounts (including any new potential clients) taking opportunities from RfP, through pitch, final negotiations & launch

What does a Client Services Director Key do at Healthcare at Home?

 

Growing & Sustaining Profitable Business: Hitting & exceeding sales targets for current contracts whilst hitting and exceeding business development targets

 

Working with key stakeholders to proactively develop ideas, strategic proposals and presentations aimed at driving the client’s business forward and, by so doing, developing the business for Healthcare at Home.

 

Responsible for business development of opportunities from your key clients (including any other assigned opportunities), including leading / co-creating RfP responses and pitch presentations. 

 

Conducting final negotiations & contracting (with support from legal dept).

 

Creating and nurturing long term trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders across your clients driving valuable partnerships with positive NPS scores

Working with a variety of Pharmaceutical Company stakeholders to proactively develop ideas, strategic proposals and presentations aimed at driving the client’s business forward and, by so doing, developing the business for Healthcare at Home & achieving personal sales targets.

 

Identifying the Pharmaceutical Companies’ strategic objectives and leading on Healthcare at Home plans to deliver on them – knowing the client’s markets, customers and products to expert level.

 

Responsible for business development of opportunities from your key clients (including any other assigned opportunities), including co-creating (with Bids and Tenders) RfP responses and pitch presentations. 

 

 

 

 

What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?

 

For this role outstanding communication skills and an ability to influence people is key. You will be able to develop sound strategic ideas and proposals and present these in a compelling way and be able to demonstrate a track record of B2B account management.

 

This will be combined with an innovation mindset coupled with good commercial judgement that you can align to strategic goals of your clients and Healthcare at Home. Solutions focused you will identify ways of overcoming problems; and capable of identifying new and creative ways of overcoming barriers to growth.

 

A natural team player that builds strong relationships with others both within and outside the business. You will be able to multi-task and focuses time and energy on the most value adding tasks; displays well developed planning & organisational skills.
