Diversity and inclusion

We are working together to make Healthcare at Home a diverse organisation.

We provide services across all demographics of the population and we have over 1,500 people working for us from all walks of life.

Different cultures and experiences help us to understand our patients better. We learn what is important to them and what support they need to deliver the right care solutions for all.

Healthcare at Home has a culture that respects and values differences between individuals, that promotes dignity, equality and diversity and encourages individuals to develop and maximise their true potential.

You will find we’ve created an open environment in which our colleagues have their voices heard and acted upon.

You will be invited to tell us what is and what is not working for you, through company-wide engagement survey and employee forums. When we get your feedback, we’ll act upon it.

We want to give our employees every opportunity to be successful and this starts at the recruitment stage.

We work hard to attract the widest possible candidate pool, and to ensure the process is completely fair. We will always make reasonable adjustments for our assessment processes and when it comes down to an offer: we hire the best person for the job. Full stop. If flexible working is a consideration for our candidates, we may hire the two best part-time people who can job-share.

Should you have any questions in relation to roles or careers at Healthcare at Home, please contact us. Any one of the recruitment team will be happy to help.
