How to access our services

Is clinical care in the home an option for you?

Everyone expects choice in all things and healthcare is no different. If you are facing an extended period of treatment, you may be able to receive yours out-of-hospital wherever you are – at home, at work, in the community.

Clinical care in the home can range from a nurse visiting you to administer your treatment, to the delivery of your medication at home.

We’re a team of specialists committed to enhancing people’s healthcare experience by providing exceptional clinical services, which include complex nursing care, including chemotherapy, intravenous antibiotics and blood transfusions, plus rehabilitation and therapies including physiotherapy and occupational therapy in the home.

Healthcare at your convenience

Being treated out-of-hospital provides you with more options to fit in around your life, less travel time and maybe even saving you time off work, In certain circumstances you could even be treated while you are on holiday in the UK. You also gain access to the support and advice you need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ask your consultant or GP

Your consultant or GP can advise if your particular treatment is suitable to be given at home. They will need to refer you for home treatment and you will remain under their supervision at all times.

We work with all of the major private medical insurance companies. In many places the NHS are funding this service too.

Committed to your needs

Our patients are our number one priority. Our clinical teams are friendly, reliable and committed to your needs. They understand that treatment can be stressful and cause considerable upheaval. Their experience and extensive training means they’ll be able to put you at ease.

A member of our clinical team will contact you before your treatment starts, so you know what to expect and can ask any questions. Our team will take care of you throughout the course of your treatment. Once your treatment starts, our clinical team will be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to offer help and advice.
