We have a fully established training village at our UK headquarters.

We aso cater for both clinical and non-clinical learning throughout the UK.

So, if you have that natural drive and determination, we will support you all the way.

Starting a new job is daunting as well as exciting.

We want everyone who joins us, in every area of our business, to feel that they have made the right choice in joining Healthcare at Home by providing the opportunity to develop, progress and succeed. You will begin your journey with an induction to learn all about Healthcare at Home. You will then have your bespoke departmental induction supported by an accredited mentor, who will be with you throughout your probation period before competency sign off.

We have training programmes in place and dedicated mentors to help you achieve all your career goals.

We provide a full range of training and development opportunities no matter what stage of your career you are at. This means that if you decide Healthcare at Home is right for you, you will have plenty of opportunities to add to your skillset and progress.

Apprenticeships funding

Healthcare at Home is an apprenticeship levy contributor. We use this funding to access training in key areas of the business alongside the apprenticeship standards. So whether you are looking for a career in IT, finance, customer service, HR or in one of our other operations teams… there is an apprenticeship for you.

Accredited Qualifications

If a mandatory qualification is required to do your job, we will support you to achieve it. We believe that development is vital to enjoying and being successful in your role so will support any qualifications, linked to your personal development outside of your role.

Personal Development Plan (PDP)

This is tailored to suit you. Your line manager will work with you to agree what this looks like and then support you to achieve your goals. Your PDP is focused on developing you to achieve success in your current role and identify what development steps you can take to progress your career.
