Our own compounding unit is one year old. The unit prepares bespoke chemotherapy doses on a named patient basis so they can receive their treatment at home. Having our own state-of-the-art unit means we are self-sufficient and can support patients with access to medicines.
Sixteen colleagues, including an Accountable Pharmacist, supervisors, technicians, operators and assistants work at the unit.
