We tailor our assessment process at Healthcare at Home dependent on the role you have applied for.

It will involve a selection of interview questions (biographical and competency-based), personality tests, ability tests and role-based assessments. These selection sessions may take the form of a number of interviews or a one-day assessment centre.

Whatever the process you are going through, we appreciate this can be a nervous time.

  • Bring your paperwork - When you come for your face-to-face interview/assessment, please remember to bring your passport or full birth certificate in addition to your National Insurance number to show eligibility to work in the UK. You will also be required to provide evidence of any relevant qualifications and proof of your address
  • Have some questions ready for us - when making career choices it's just as important for you to assess us as an employer to make sure you have everything you need to make an informed choice
  • Read your CV and the role profile - take time to review your experiences in line with our role profile.
    Remind yourself of your key successes as well as perhaps some of the more challenging situations you have found yourself in and how you overcame them
